Qualificações

• 1 year of collections experience.
• 1 year of call center experience.
• 1 year of medical billing experience.
• 3-5 years in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Takes inbound calls from clients/patients to obtain billing/demographic information.
• Sorts incoming return mail and returns statements with information.
• Researches and resolves account issues using patient files and eligibility sites.
• Documents all customer contact to ensure issue resolution.
• Updates multiple systems with patient information.
• Performs account adjustments and suggests changes to supervisor.
• Completes weekly and monthly reports per schedule.
• Performs other tasks to support organizational goals.
• Meets monthly performance/audit goals.
