Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract healthcare customer service professional to join our fully remote team. The role processes orders and accounts in the standard work queue, reviews daily work, and completes Patient Access tasks following established workflows.

You will maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Applicants should have 2+ years in Patient Access or related areas and be capable of independent remote work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Patient Access, Patient Registration, Healthcare Customer Service, Scheduling, Insurance Verification, or Revenue Cycle support.
• Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and accounts within the standard work queue.
• Review and manage assigned work throughout the day.
• Complete Patient Access tasks following established workflows.
• Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Escalate issues outside standard processes as needed.
• Meet productivity goals.
