You'll help patients understand accounts, offer payment options, and provide empathetic support while maintaining accurate records. The role requires 1+ year in call center or billing, strong communication, ability to handle sensitive conversations, and reliable self-discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
