BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist to assist patients with account questions, explain options, and guide them toward payment solutions. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a base pay of $17 per hour with monthly bonuses.

You will communicate clearly, document interactions, and contribute to a supportive team environment while helping patients resolve their accounts with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
