BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring for a Remote Customer Account Specialist to help patients understand their accounts and resolve balances. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and an hourly wage with monthly bonus opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits and company-provided equipment.

You will engage with patients, present payment options, handle high call volumes, document interactions, and strive to meet performance goals with coaching support.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
