BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to help patients resolve their accounts with empathy and professionalism from a home-based setting.

You will explain balances, offer payment options, and document interactions in our systems. The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with a $17/hour base pay plus monthly bonuses, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and company-provided equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to explain accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options including full balance, plans, or financial assistance.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in systems.
• Meet performance goals with coaching support.
