BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time, work-from-home Call Center Associate.

The position pays $17/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities and features a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits. You will speak with patients to explain accounts, offer payment options, handle a high volume of calls, document interactions in our systems, and strive to meet performance goals with coaching.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsabilidades

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching)
