Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a home-based Patient Account Specialist to help patients resolve balances with empathy and clear communication.

You will be answering calls, explaining options, and guiding customers toward feasible payment solutions while maintaining accuracy in records. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a monthly bonus opportunity in addition to the base $17/hour wage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
