Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Associate to assist patients with account questions with empathy and clarity. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and offer payment options to help patients meet their obligations.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, starting pay of $17 per hour plus monthly bonuses, and company-provided equipment with benefits. A quiet home workspace and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
