Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring for a remote patient account specialist who helps patients understand their balances with empathy and accuracy.

You will discuss payment options, process arrangements, and document interactions in our systems while maintaining high service standards. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a base wage of $17/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
