Qualifications

• Working knowledge of PC window applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, collect co-pays, complete visit preparations, assist with kiosk use, and support scheduling and MyChart enrollment.
• Register patients, prepare visits, perform telephone triage, verify insurance and collect co-pays; manage patient and record tracking and interpreter scheduling.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information across systems.
• Educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass; recruit and enroll patients for MyChart usage.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure smooth checkout and excellent patient experiences.
