Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus invites you to join as a Patient Service Specialist. You will welcome patients, check in, collect co-pays, and help with visit preparation and scheduling. You’ll support MyChart enrollment and interpreter services as needed.

Collaborate with physicians to ensure a seamless checkout, while maintaining accurate patient records in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on Patients First is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher with 2 years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service.
• OR an Associate’s Degree with 1 year of experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, collect co-pays, and complete visit preparations.
• Assist with scheduling, pre-registration and MyChart enrollment; support kiosk use.
• Partner with physicians to ensure a smooth checkout process.
• Register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage scheduling and interpreter services.
