Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus in Ohio is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to create an exceptional patient experience from arrival to checkout. You will welcome patients, collect co-pays, complete visit preparations, assist with kiosks, and help with scheduling and pre-registration, while partnering with physicians to keep checkout efficient.

A successful candidate will have a high school diploma or higher and experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance processing.
• Proficiency with MyChart and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and collect co-pays, preparing visits and supporting scheduling.
• Assist with MyChart enrollment and pre-registration; support kiosk use.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure smooth checkout and patient flow.
