Job summary

Uncapped is seeking a hands-on Partnerships Director for the US remote channel. You will own the partner ecosystem from prospecting to activation, manage top partners, and drive funded deals while reporting weekly performance.

You will design and optimize the program, pricing, and commissioning structures with accountability for revenue growth in a fast-paced fintech lending environment. You will collaborate with Marketing and Analytics, build scalable workflows, and continuously improve partner

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or a related commercial role.
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and convert it.
• Comfort owning a revenue number and reporting against a plan.
• Working knowledge of a GTM stack and setting up tools yourself.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new partners: brokers, affiliates, agencies, and platforms; build lists and run sequences; close terms and activate.
• Own activation: drive first funded deals and set timelines from signed to funded.
• Manage top partners with regular contact, feedback, and quarterly reviews.
• Run the long-tail program with segmented journeys and self-serve materials.
• Own channel outcomes: chase stalled deals, unblock underwriting, and close the loop with partners.
• Oversee partner economics, commissions, attribution, and recommendations on rates.
• Deliver weekly reports and forecasts for applications, approvals, funded deals, and originations.
