Job summary

Uncapped, a fintech lender for e-commerce sellers in North America and Europe, seeks a hands-on partnerships leader to own the broker, affiliate, agency, and platform channel. You will recruit, activate, and manage partners, driving the revenue that comes from this channel and explaining weekly results.

You will work with PartnerStack, HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, and Customer.io, focusing on prospecting, campaigns, and rigorous reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or similar commercial role.
• Track record of building pipeline from scratch and converting it.
• Comfort owning a revenue number and reporting against a plan.
• Familiar with a GTM tech stack and setting it up independently.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new partners: brokers, affiliates, agencies, and platforms.
• Activate partners to first funded deals and set time-to-value targets.
• Maintain top-partner relationships with regular updates and quarterly reviews.
• Build long-tail reach with lifecycle emails, newsletters, and self-serve content.
• Own the channel forecast: applications, approvals, funded deals, and originations.
