Job summary

Uncapped is seeking a Partnerships Account Manager to own the partner channel and drive revenue from brokers, affiliates, agencies and platforms across the US. You will prospect, build campaigns, run reporting, and collaborate with Marketing and Analytics to optimize the program.

You will manage end-to-end partner recruitment, activation to first funded deal, and ongoing performance reviews, while balancing payout economics and channel forecasting. This is a hands-on remote role in the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or related commercial role.
• Proven track record building pipeline from scratch and converting it.
• Comfort owning a revenue number and reporting against a plan.
• Working knowledge of a GTM stack; able to set up tools without requests.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new partners: build pipeline, source lists, run sequences, meetings, terms, live in PartnerStack.
• Activate partners: drive first funded deal and set timelines for this.
• Manage top partners with regular contact, quarterly reviews, and co-marketing activities.
• Run always-on communications: segmented journeys, newsletters, product and rate updates.
