Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to lead and scale our channel partnerships. You will guide strategy across partner verticals to increase pipeline generation and build strategic relationships for long-term growth while coordinating with sales, marketing and operations worldwide.

This role is remote with international scope, reporting to the Head of Partnerships, and involves periodic travel to engage top partners and events.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing partnerships in HR tech or payroll domains.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, and ops.
• Ability to design scalable partner programs and incentive models.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Remote’s global referral partner motion and drive partner growth.
• Identify, prospect, negotiate, onboard, and manage partnerships across verticals.
• Define and execute a clear referral partner strategy with segmentation and incentives.
• Act as sponsor for key partners, managing relationships from acquisition to retention.
• Design scalable programs including revenue share and co-selling motions.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, and Support for enablement.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, assets, landing pages, and content.
