Job summary

Uncapped is seeking a hands-on head of partnerships to own the broker, affiliate, agency and platform channel for the US remote market. You will prospect, build campaigns, run reporting, and drive partner-driven revenue with a fully integrated GTM stack including PartnerStack, HubSpot, Clay, Instantly and Customer.io.

You will recruit, activate and manage top partners, own the weekly channel forecast, and shape commissions and terms. This role is remote in the USA with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3 years in partnerships, channel sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Track record of building pipeline from scratch and converting it.
• Comfort owning a revenue number and reporting against a plan.
• Working knowledge of a GTM stack; CRM plus a PRM/sequencing or lifecycle tool.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new partners and build the pipeline with brokers, affiliates, agencies and platforms.
• Activate partners to secure first funded deals and set timelines.
• Manage top partners with regular contact, feedback and quarterly reviews.
• Run the long tail with segmented Customer.io journeys and newsletters.
• Own the channel's numbers and forecast; explain weekly results.
• Oversee partner economics, commissions and payouts with recommendations.
