Job summary

Edgeplusstrategies in the United States is seeking a Partnerships Director to expand a private, referral-driven platform by building long-term relationships with affiliates, creators, communities, and other partners. You will identify opportunities, onboard new partners, and coordinate with internal teams to drive performance.

This role offers flexible remote work, a relationship-driven approach, and a platform-supported operations team to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Organized, proactive, and responsive.
• Comfortable leading short phone or video calls.
• Prior experience in partnerships, affiliate management, BD, sales, recruiting, creator management, or community leadership is a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, onboard new partners, maintain ongoing relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to drive partner performance and long-term retention.
• Develop win-win opportunities and align partner goals with platform growth initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
