Job summary

Acceleration Partners, LLC is seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for large and complex client programs. You will identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth and help clients achieve their business objectives.

Remote work from home with some travel for meetings and conferences. You will shape recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and influence partnership roadmaps beyond

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Proven track record of self-generating new business.
• Proven excellence in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks, including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, industry conferences, and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale high-potential partner relationships to drive revenue.
• Create and apply performance trackers and reporting to show ROI.
• Act as a SME across the partnership landscape and advise clients.
• Identify and recruit high-quality partners based on client needs.
• Manage communications with top partners and optimize opportunities.
