Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years experience in a pre-sales engineering role
• Master's degree and 6+ years experience in a pre-sales engineering role
• Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners.
• 6 to 8 years of communication and presentation skills
• Observability or security pre-sales experience and AI experience
• Cisco knowledge
• Relevant industry certifications
• Experience in a thought leadership role

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with IT decision makers at customer/partner organizations.
• Translate customer/partner business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Design and present cross-architecture solutions based on customer requirements.
• Own the technical sales process and move deals across the cycle.
• Collaborate with account teams and internal sales on customer plans.
• Provide feedback to sales and engineering teams on market opportunities and customer needs
