Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales with customers and partners across the Americas. You will own the technical relationship, design cross-architecture solutions, and lead engagements with IT decision makers.

In this role you will accelerate opportunities, guide the virtual support team, and leverage Cisco resources to address customer business needs while increasing revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in a pre-sales engineering role or Master's Degree with 6+ years in a pre-sales engineering role.
• Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Observability, security pre-sales experience and AI experience are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical relationship with customers/partners and translates business needs into technical requirements.
• Leads engagements with IT decision makers at customer/partner organizations.
• Designs and presents cross-architecture solutions based on customer requirements identified by the account team.
• Leads demonstrations that emphasize how Cisco solutions drive business outcomes.
