Job summary

ABB Inc. is recruiting a Sales Partner Effectiveness Leader to drive agent channel strategy and performance for the US region. You will lead the development and execution of the agent program, align with sales leadership, and deliver growth through an integrated GTM approach.

This fully remote US position collaborates with direct sales and the independent agent network, focusing on governance, data-driven decisions, and effective sales operations to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years in electrical industry.
Directional sales experience of $100M+ business.
Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills.
External Sales Agent Management experience strongly preferred.
Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
Experience working in a matrix organization.
Solid knowledge of contract experience and product portfolio (power distribution).
Travel 30-50% as needed.
US work authorization

Responsibilities
