Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery.
• Ownership of a cross-functional process where you led through influence rather than direct authority.
• Comfort holding a date: communicating a confirmed date and maintaining relationships.
• Clear written communication and the discipline to document decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deal handoff and terms: verify orders, run kickoff, enforce pricing.
• Install readiness: own site readiness, coordinate prerequisites and delivery windows.
• Activation and closeout: manage logistics, invoicing, and sign-offs.
