Ammortal Inc. is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to oversee the journey from signed deal to active partner, ensuring on-time installs and smooth handoffs to Partner Success.

You will align Sales, Operations, and Partner Success on timelines, manage the runbook and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across fulfillment. Responsibilities span deal handoff, install readiness, activation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery with fixed install or delivery dates.
• Ownership of cross-functional processes led through influence, not direct authority.
• Comfort holding a date and communicating a confirmed timeline to Sales and partners.
• Clear written communication with documented decisions for traceability.
• Experience with physical product delivery, site conditions, and freight considerations.
• Experience creating SOPs or runbooks that others actually use.

Responsibilities

• Deal handoff and terms: verify order, configuration, and payment terms; carry revisions to signature.
• Install readiness: own site readiness checklist and coordinate prerequisites with Operations.
• Activation and closeout: coordinate install day logistics and closeout with Finance.
• Process, systems, and reporting: maintain fulfillment checklists and HubSpot pipeline; report cycle times and bottlenecks.
