Qualifications

4+ years in operations, fulfillment, or post-sale delivery.
Experience coordinating cross-functional processes through influence.
Comfort holding a date and managing client expectations.
Strong written communication and decision documentation.

Responsibilities

Deal handoff: verify order, configuration, and payment terms against sold.
Lead install readiness: manage site readiness, prerequisites, and installation timing.
Coordinate activation: finalize commercial closeout, invoicing, and account handoff.
Own fulfillment pipeline: maintain HubSpot runbook and report cycle times.
Collaborate with AI team on fulfillment tooling.
