Job summary

Ammortal, Inc. is hiring a Partner Operations Manager to own the journey from signed deal to active partner. This role focuses on fulfillment: ensuring installs are ready, on time, and set up correctly, then handing accounts to Partner Success. You’ll improve the fulfillment process using HubSpot and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and our AI team.

You’ll coordinate kickoff, manage site readiness, and track payment milestones to keep partnerships strong and on track for activation and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery, including fixed install/delivery dates
• Ownership of a cross-functional process led through influence, not direct authority
• Ability to hold dates and communicate confidently with Sales and partners
• Strong written communication and documentation discipline

Responsibilities

• Deal handoff and terms: verify order, configuration, payment terms, sign-off revisions, and run kickoff with Sales and PSM
• Install readiness: manage site readiness checklist, coordinate prerequisites, and ensure on-site install readiness and training
• Activation and closeout: coordinate install day logistics, complete finance closeout, invoice, and warranty registration; monitor milestones
• Process, systems, and reporting: own fulfillment pipeline in HubSpot, maintain runbook, report cycle times and gate holds, feed improvements to Sales
• Collaborate with Ammortal's AI team on fulfillment tooling
