Job summary

Ammortal Inc. is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to oversee the journey from signed deal to fully onboarded partner, ensuring on-time installs and clean handoffs to Partner Success.

The role aligns Sales, Operations, and Partner Success to maintain a single path from commitment to activation. You will own the fulfillment process, manage HubSpot pipelines, and drive efficiency with data-driven improvements while collaborating with our AI initiatives to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery with fixed install dates.
• Experience leading through influence across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written communication and documentation discipline.
• Comfort holding a date and managing partner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deal handoff from commitment to activation with Sales and Partner Success.
• Own site readiness, including electrical, clearance, and install windows.
• Coordinate prerequisites, deliveries, and training through install.
• Track payment milestones, invoicing, and closeout with Finance.
• Own HubSpot fulfillment pipeline and drive process improvements.
