Job summary

Ammortal Inc is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to guide the journey from signed deal to a fully up-and-running partner. You will ensure installations are prepared, on schedule, and handed off cleanly to Partner Success, while aligning Sales, Operations, and Finance for a seamless activation.

In this role, you will own the fulfillment process, improve runbooks and HubSpot pipelines, and drive efficiency with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery with fixed install or delivery dates.
• Ownership of a cross-functional process where you lead through influence rather than direct authority.
• Ability to hold a date and keep Sales relationships strong afterward.
• Clear written communication and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Handle deal handoff, verify terms, and drive signatures with Legal.
• Own install readiness, prerequisites, and scheduling with Operations and Field Service.
• Coordinate activation, invoicing, and closeout with Finance and HubSpot asset capture.
• Own fulfillment pipeline in HubSpot; report cycle times and gate holds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Partner Success for smooth handoffs.
