Job summary

the company is seeking a Partner Operations & Success Manager to lead operations for major B2B2C partners. You will own partner lifecycle from evaluation to scale, collaborating with Business Development, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to turn opportunities into scalable programs.

You will manage onboarding, performance reviews, and program improvements while driving revenue and efficiency across partnerships. This role is remote with US-wide travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in partner operations, strategic account management, customer success, or related field.
• Experience managing complex relationships with large enterprise, retail, technology, or consumer-service partners.
• Experience taking programs from evaluation and pilot through launch and scaled operations.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, SLAs, capacity planning, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational relationships with key B2B2C partners.
• Serve as primary operational contact and trusted advisor for assigned partners.
• Lead reviews, communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and action plans.
• Manage escalations across cross-functional teams and drive root-cause analyses.
• Design pilot programs, coordinate cross-functional launch activities, and finalize contracts and pricing.
