Job summary

Ammortal Inc. is hiring a Partner Operations Manager to own the journey from signed deal to active partner. This remote, US-based role ensures installations are ready, on time, and handed off cleanly to Partner Success.

You'll align Sales, Operations, and Partner Success across milestones and improve fulfillment processes as we scale. You will manage the runbook, HubSpot pipeline, and reporting, collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and the AI team to optimize fulfillment tooling and partner

Qualifications

4+ years in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery with fixed install/delivery dates.
Ownership of a cross-functional process led through influence rather than direct authority.
Comfort holding a date: confirm dates with Sales and keep relationships strong.
Clear written communication and disciplined decision documentation.

Responsibilities

Deal handoff and terms: verify orders, run purchase agreements through Legal, and kick off with Sales.
Install readiness: own site readiness checklist and coordinate prerequisites with Operations and Field Service.
Activation and closeout: manage onboarding, invoicing, and revenue-related tasks; track milestones.
Process, systems, and reporting: own fulfillment pipeline in HubSpot and report cycle times and gates.
