Ammortal Inc is seeking a Partner Support Specialist for a remote, US-based role with EST/CST time zone preference. The role focuses on ticket management, CRM optimization, and delivering clear, helpful partner experiences.

You will engage residential customers, audit partner interactions, and drive improvements across communications and events. Required: 2+ years in partner support or CRM operations, strong communication, and familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partner support, customer service, or CRM operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tickets and follow-ups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across email, CRM notes, and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incoming tickets through our CRM with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain clean records to ensure data integrity and team visibility.
• Audit partner websites and conduct program reviews to improve touchpoints.
• Host virtual trainings and create engaging partner communications.
• Support events and coordinate partner education as needed.
