Job summary

Ammortal, Inc. is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to keep partner and residential customer operations running smoothly in a remote, US-based role.

You will manage tickets, maintain CRM hygiene, and help optimize HubSpot workflows to deliver a seamless Ammortal experience. You’ll engage with partners and customers, conduct regular check-ins, and share insights to improve the onboarding and ongoing support process, while collaborating with the Partner Success team in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Confident hosting or facilitating virtual trainings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incoming support tickets through our CRM with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, accurate records to ensure data integrity and team visibility.
• Assist in building and optimizing HubSpot CRM, including tags, categories, workflows, and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and system efficiency.
• Own the relationship with Ammortal's residential customers, serving as main contact for ongoing support.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and share updates or resources.
• Gather feedback to refine the residential customer experience.
• Review partner websites and staff familiarity to assess alignment and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide findings to the Partner Success Manager for review and implementation with partners.
• Host virtual webinars and trainings to support partner education and engagement.
• Create and distribute communications such as newsletters, surveys, and partner spotlights.
• Occasionally assist with events to support logistics and ensure positive partner experience.
