Job summary

EAB is seeking a Partner Development Executive for 2-Year Higher Education, based in Washington, DC or remote within the continental US. You will build relationships with college leaders, demonstrate our data-driven solutions, and drive new partner growth in a territory that may include DC or VA, with travel as needed.

You will lead live demos, map partner needs to EAB services, and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of success exceeding personal revenue targets in business development roles.
• Experience representing complex products or services to external partners in a trusted, consultative capacity.
• Ability to negotiate and excellent persuasion skills; willing to travel domestically 25–50%.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional experience in higher education, presenting and facilitating discussions, sales or account management, teaching or breaking down complex ideas, partner management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new business within an assigned territory; acquire new partners and negotiate to expand technology and research solutions.
• Build relationships with leaders to discuss strategic challenges; present best practices and sell the vision of EAB’s capabilities for 2-year colleges.
• Conduct live presentations, including diagnostic evaluations and technical demonstrations, to educate prospective partners on products and services.
• Meet annual revenue goals through a managed sales pipeline across stages of evaluation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery teams to drive revenue within an assigned portfolio of institutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and inform future initiatives.
