EAB is seeking a Partner Development Executive, Associate Director - Student Re-Enrollment to drive growth in a high-visibility enrollment recovery service. You will engage enrollment leaders, map needs to EAB solutions, and guide partners through a consultative process using CRM and AI-enabled outreach tools.

Based in the continental US (DC area or Richmond, VA preferred), you will collaborate with internal teams to align partner goals with services that improve engagement, completion, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas or sales targets.
• Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in marketing, sales, enrollments, partner management, or presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales motion for the Student Re-Enrollment service across an assigned portfolio of institutions.
• Identify opportunities to help institutions recover enrollment through advisor-led outreach and Navigate360-enabled tools.
• Build relationships with enrollment and student success leaders to understand goals and barriers.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations.
• Provide feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
• Meet annual revenue goals via a structured sales pipeline.
