EAB in Washington, DC area is hiring a Senior Director, Partner Development Manager to lead a revenue-driven Partner Development Team focused on higher education solutions. You will shape revenue strategy, coach a talented team, and collaborate with product and marketing to expand offerings and close opportunities.

The role emphasizes strategic sales process, executive-level collaboration, and market awareness across Higher Ed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/University
• Must possess a minimum of 8-10+ years of Sales or Account Management experience, with proven experience of team management
• Track record of successful sales/ownership over a revenue target, both personal and team based
• Relevant education industry experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to conduct presentations and facilitate group discussions
• Proven negotiation and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel domestically at least 10%
• Valid U.S. Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Own new business development for a complex product line
• Lead and develop the Partner Development Team; coaching and retention
• Establish a high-functioning sales management process for all team members
• Establish optimal sales strategy and process for the product line, including bundled sales and upsells
• Build and maintain expertise in key industry issues across Higher Ed
• Report revenue and team results to senior leadership and drive growth
