Job summary

EAB is hiring for a Director or Senior Director of Partner Development in the Adult Learner Recruitment (ALR) division. The role focuses on establishing relationships with decision makers at higher education institutions, generating leads, and managing the sales process to convert new ALR partners.

Domestic travel is required, with flexibility for a remote setup in the continental US. You will advance enrollment strategies, discuss challenges with academic leaders, and demonstrate how EAB

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in business development.
• Experience representing complex products/services to external partners.
• Ability to negotiate and strong persuasion skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically 25–50%.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 6–8+ years of professional experience in at least three of: higher education enrollment/admissions, client presentations, sales or account management, teaching and/or breaking down concepts, partner management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new business within an assigned education institutions territory; acquire new partners and negotiate to expand services.
• Meet with provosts, deans, directors of enrollment/admissions and other leaders to discuss challenges and present solutions.
• Conduct live presentations and technical demonstrations to educate stakeholders on EAB products and services.
• Meet annual revenue goals through a sales pipeline with multi-stage opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive revenue within an assigned portfolio.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market trends.
• Indirectly manage a Sales Associate and provide feedback for development.
