Job summary

EAB is seeking a Partner Development Executive, Associate Director to drive growth of its Student Re-Enrollment service. You will lead consultative sales with colleges and universities, guiding partners from initial engagement to signed programs, and you’ll collaborate with internal teams to align goals with EAB’s advisory-led model.

You will work with enrollment and student success leaders to improve re-enrollment outcomes, navigate barriers, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in sales roles.
• Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in at least three: marketing or higher ed marketing; sales; enrollment/admissions; delivering partner presentations; partner management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales motion for the Student Re-Enrollment service across an assigned portfolio of institutions.
• Identify opportunities to boost enrollment recovery and re-engagement through advisor-led outreach.
• Build relationships with enrollment and student success leaders to map goals and barriers.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales discussions.
• Provide customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
• Meet annual revenue goals through a defined sales pipeline.
