EAB, a leading education technology partner, seeks a Partner Development Executive to grow our Student Re-Enrollment service with colleges and universities across the U.S. You will guide prospects through a consultative sales process, map their enrollment goals to EAB’s advisor-led solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Track record of exceeding revenue quotas in sales.
• Ability to negotiate and strong persuasion skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in marketing agencies, sales, or higher education enrollment or partner management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales motion for the Student Re-Enrollment service across an assigned portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to recover enrollment and re-engage previously enrolled students.
• Build relationships with enrollment and student success leaders to map goals and needs.
• Conduct virtual product demos and consultative sales conversations.
• Meet annual revenue goals through a multi-stage sales pipeline.
