Job summary

EAB is recruiting a Director or Senior Director of Partner Development (ALR) in Washington, DC, or remotely within the continental United States. The role focuses on generating leads and managing the sales process for nonprofit higher education partners.

You will engage with provosts and other academic leaders, map client needs to EAB services, and drive revenue growth while traveling domestically as needed. Strong presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; proven track record in revenue growth and business development.
• Experience presenting to external partners in a consultative capacity.
• Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new business within an assigned territory of education institutions; acquire new partners and negotiate to expand services.
• Build relationships with provosts, deans, directors of enrollment/admissions, and other leaders; present solutions and sell the value of EAB’s ALR capabilities.
• Conduct live presentations, diagnostic evaluations, and demos to understand partner needs and educate stakeholders on EAB products/services.
• Meet annual revenue goals via a sales pipeline across evaluation stages.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery teams to drive revenue in the portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and map solutions to customer needs.
• Indirectly manage a Sales Associate toward goals and provide feedback for development
