Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to support the Training Services Team. The role is remote and open to candidates nationwide in the United States, starting on or around January 4, 2027.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and will deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and emails, updating records, and meeting production targets while ensuring compliance with procedures and volunteer

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners and instructors and resolve inquiries.
• Use computer systems and job aids to update accounts and log resolutions.
• Handle basic inquiries like account maintenance and class information.
• Maintain production standards and quality metrics.
