• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Skills & Abilities: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communication; proficient with computers in a fast-paced work-from-home call center.
• Travel: N/A

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from Training Services learners and instructors; resolve inquiries and update account records.
• Use information from computer systems and job aids to provide resolution and notes.
• Handle basic inquiries such as account maintenance and class information.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, calls per hour, email per hour, quality).
• Triage complex problems and route callers to appropriate resources.
