This remote position is available to candidates located anywhere in the United States and will start on or around January 4th, 2027. The role includes handling inquiries, account maintenance and meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and typing/data entry skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote home-based call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform account maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Triage complex inquiries and route callers to resolution.
• Meet production targets for call handling, emails, and quality.
• Support and guide volunteers as needed.
