Job summary

The American Red Cross is hiring a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to support the Training Services Team. This remote role welcomes candidates nationwide in the United States and begins around January 4th, 2027.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and emails, updating records, meeting performance targets, and guiding volunteers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from learners, instructors, and organizations.
• Use information from computer systems and job aids to resolve inquiries and update records.
• Maintain daily production standards for efficiency and quality.
• Triage complex problems and route callers as needed.
• Provide support and leadership guidance to volunteers.
