Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.

This remote role is open to candidates nationwide in the United States and will start around January 4th, 2027. You will handle inquiries, perform account maintenance, and support volunteers while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center preferred.
• Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications and remote call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners, instructors, and organizations.
• Use system information to resolve inquiries and update records.
• Handle basic inquiries like account maintenance and class information.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, calls/hr, emails/hr, online time, quality).
• Triage complex problems and route callers accordingly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
