American Red Cross seeks a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to support the Training Services Team. The role is remote, nationwide across the United States, starting around January 4th, 2027.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve issues, and maintain accurate account records while meeting production targets. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, home-based virtual call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from existing and prospective clients and instructors.
• Use systems and job aids to resolve inquiries and update account records.
• Maintain production metrics such as call and email handling targets.
