Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team in a remote role available across the United States. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, experienced in customer service, and committed to delivering outstanding support.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and emails, updating account records, and ensuring timely resolutions. Work 25 hours weekly with 4-5 days per week and evening shifts in Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Skills & Abilities: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; proficient with computer applications; able to work from home virtual call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from Training Services learners and instructors; resolve issues using information from computer systems and job aids.
• Perform account maintenance and basic troubleshooting; update records and note resolution.
• Maintain daily production standards and triage complex problems to appropriate teams.
