URSROBOT, Inc is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will drive regional growth, build dealer and customer acquisition strategies, and work remotely with international teams to deliver best-in-class performance.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—coupled with strategic communication, CRM use (HubSpot), and a focus on robotics and outdoor equipment markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience in the autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute a Comprehensive Growth Strategy: drive revenue growth by managing full sales cycle—from prospecting to retention.
• Territory Management: optimize funnel with structured testing and consistent follow-up.
• Strategic Partnership: act as senior consultant to external partners to unlock incremental growth.
