Job summary

URSROBOT, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to drive regional growth in a remote role. You will build dealer and customer networks, manage the full sales cycle, and close opportunities in a fast-moving robotics environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in autonomous robotics or related sectors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage HubSpot CRM to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience in autonomous robotics, OPE, or related industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing full sales cycle from prospecting to retention.
• Manage territory sales funnel with disciplined activity and follow-up.
• Act as senior consultant to partners to unlock growth with high-tech solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Engage with technical, operations and management stakeholders to close deals.
