Job summary

URSROBOT, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to drive regional growth. You will lead dealer and customer acquisition in your territory, delivering best-in-class performance in a fast-moving, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and delivering sales bids and product demonstrations. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in relevant industries are preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf, or outdoor power equipment industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to retention.
• Manage territory and optimize sales funnel with disciplined activity and follow-ups.
• Act as a senior consultant to partners, unlocking incremental growth with high-tech solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
